Detta kan exempelvis vara fingeravtryck eller ansiktsbilder p\u00e5 individen. Den fulla definition f\u00f6r biometrisk data finns i artikel 4 (14) GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allt eftersom den tekniska utvecklingen leder till alltmer avancerad analys och profilering inneb\u00e4r detta att beteendedata i vissa fall kan anses utg\u00f6ra biometrisk data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Behandling av biometrisk data inneb\u00e4r generellt en h\u00f6gre risk att individens friheter och r\u00e4ttigheter inskr\u00e4nks. Ett resultat av detta \u00e4r att behandlingar biometrisk data med syftet att identifiera en fysisk person endast \u00e4r till\u00e5tet om kriterierna i artikel 9 (1) GDPR \u00e4r uppfyllda.
