D\u00e4r den ansvarige anlitar leverant\u00f6rer ska detta regleras i ett personuppgiftsbitr\u00e4desavtal d\u00e4r den ansvarige ger instruktioner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att flera organisationer kan vara gemensamt personuppgiftsansvariga tillsammans f\u00f6r samma behandling.
