GDPR-definitionen av personuppgifter anges i artikel 4.1 i GDPR som:<\/p>\n

”All information som r\u00f6r en identifierad eller identifierbar fysisk person (”registrerad”) (dvs. inte en juridisk person); en identifierbar fysisk person \u00e4r en person som kan identifieras, direkt eller indirekt, s\u00e4rskilt genom h\u00e4nvisning till en identifierare som ett namn, ett identifikationsnummer, platsdata, en online-identifierare eller till en eller flera faktorer som \u00e4r specifika f\u00f6r den fysiska personens fysiska, fysiologiska, genetiska, mentala, ekonomiska, kulturella eller sociala identitet.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n
